It will also include, when available, names of banks/credit unions in vicinity, professional licenses, corporate affiliations, and possible relatives. 1-2 business days. | National Criminal/ Sex Offender History |
Mulit- jurisdictional database search and contains over 135 million offense records. Records are compiled from state correctional institutions, state and county court records, and state sex offender registries. Most records date back at least 10 years and updated regularly.

Federal-level searches involve cases in which person was tried by the United States government in a U.S. District Court. These searches are conducted using a public access system and searched nationwide. The information returned will consist of the defendant’s name, case number, case type and any available case details. Note: If a match is found, additional research may be required at the court level to confirm a positive identification, thus, additional fees may apply. Results: Same day up to 24hrs

This is a statewide search of criminal records directly from the state central repository or clerk of courts (when applicable), NOT a database search. The "central repository" is the designated/regulatory agency of each state that maintains criminal history records of those individuals whom have been subject to that state's criminal justice system. The vast majority of these records are reported from county courts and law enforcement. |

7yr search of county-level criminal court records that will uncover county level felony and misdemeanor criminal records. Both upper and lower courts from the county seat are searched since criminal records are often housed in separate courts, within the same county, based on the severity of offense. Upper courts typically contain felony records and lower courts typically contain misdemeanor records. Within 24-72 hrs (depends on the jurisdiction).
